- 2% Brokerage Charges applicable for Sale / Purchase Deal.
- 1 Months Rent Brokerage Charges applicable for Lease / Rent Deal.
- In case of 3 years to 9 years long lease/rent deal up to 3 months rent Brokerage charges applicable.
- Brokerage Charges applicable to both the parties in all circumstances, even deal made in Broker’s absence after introduction of the parties
- Buyers / Tenants have to arrange Vehicle Facility for visit to Properties.
- Tenants have to provide Photo, Identity Proof and Local reference before take on Lease / Rent Properties.
- Buyers / Tenants have to bear all Document Expenses and Legal Charges.
- Property Owners have to provide Duplicate Keys and Xerox Copy of all documents of properties available for Sale / Rent.
- Brokerage Charges payable before Sale Deed or Lease Deed in favor of BRAHMBHATT ESTATE AGENCY.
